Precious, brilliant and charming – silk is the queen of fibers, capable of captivating with its refined elegance. It has distant origins and has come down through the famous Silk Road – jealously guarded for centuries by China. Despite its delicate appearance and light weight, silk is a very tenacious and resistant fiber, with a marked sheen that makes it perfect for fabrics with a great visual and tactile impact, with great charm and extreme softness, but also resistant and suitable upholstered furniture. We only select continuous filament silk – the filament emitted by the silkworm to build the cocoon – of the best quality, with an average length of 800 meters and a diameter that varies in a fiber section on average 14 – 16 microns. All silk fabrics are washable at 30°C, easy to maintain, resistant and sustainable.
